Her museum-workshop "Wonderful Tripillya" is filled with the warmth of ceramic products. When you walk in, it's like you've been moved a few thousand years back. I wanted to see and touch everything.

Ludmila Ivanovna told us both about her ready-made projects and about those that are yet to be seen. All ceramics are made in exact accordance with the original Tripillya’s artifacts. Each item has its own passport. For this purpose, Lyudmila Ivanovna works in collaboration with leading archaeologists who study Tripillya’s culture.

Speaking of Tripillya’s ceramics, it is impossible to bypass the theme of signs and symbols. For the Tripillians, as well as for other ancient people, it was a language understandable for everyone. Take, for example, the crescent moon with horns upwards, which is found everywhere in Tripillya. It was located on houses, on stoves, on women's statues, and on numerous ceramic products. Interestingly, the same crescent moon with horns up is also present on artifacts of other people, on all continents, in all religions and cultures.

As Lyudmila Ivanovna said in a conversation: "Our ancestors created Eternity". And so it is so important to be able to preserve this cultural and spiritual heritage.

For more interesting information and facts about signs, symbols, about the female beginning in Tripillya culture please watch the program with Lyudmila Smolyakova, that will be soon released on the ALLATRA TV channel.
